This package includes full on-going Consultant support. EQS consultants will be assigned to your account and can be reached through our state-of-of-the-art Qshare ticketing system found within your Qshare application.
In addition to 24/7online support that is available to all your employees, your EQS consultants will spend 3 full days on your site each year to ensure that you remain compliant with your certification requirements.
Consultants will conduct the following key activities onsite, crucial to maintaining your certification:
- Complete round of Internal Audits and uploading your reports into your Qshare software account.
- A Management Review Meeting with your top management & uploading minutes into your Qshare Software account.
- A Readiness Review of your system to ensure that you are ready for your registrar’s visit.
- Full consultant representation during your registrar audit to ensure your certification is maintained.
